Baltimore Starlings Team Store offers a 30-day return or exchange on all items in new/salable condition with original tags and labels attached with a receipt.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us via mail.  Please send an email to info@baltimorestarlings.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange.

 

2.      Once your email is reviewed by a team member, a confirmation will be sent.  The item to be returned and a copy of the email request should be sent to the following address:  Baltimore Starlings, 3605 Philips Highway, Jacksonville, FL 32207.  We recommend using a pre-paid, insured traceable method when returning merchandise, to ensure a documented delivery. Lost returns are the responsibility of the shipper.
